My Background
I’ve always loved helping people learn. After earning a Master’s in Education from UCLA, I began my career in K–12 education—where I used hand-drawn cartoons alongside learning strategies to help students understand complex topics. Their enthusiasm encouraged me to turn those ideas into my first educational business.
That journey eventually led me into corporate L&D. Today, I specialize in designing practical, scalable, and learner-centered programs that drive results across industries.

Energy Resource Institute
I co-founded and designed ERI, the first fully digital training, assessment, and certification provider in the U.S. for the metal heat treatment industry—a specialized sector within metalworking.

End-to-End Product Owner
I led the full lifecycle development of a mobile app designed to support technical field workers with on-demand knowledge access.
The app serves as a searchable, user-friendly knowledge base—providing just-in-time learning, reference materials, and procedural guides for use directly on the job site.

This presentation—recorded and shared on YouTube—demonstrates advanced Microsoft PowerPoint design techniques used in professional learning environments.
